Very comfortable beds. Could use a comfy chair in the living room. Well stocked spices etc with a few fridge staples as well. TV was tricky but we are old and tech ignorant so there you are. Quiet area. Groceries nearby. Wildfire pizza near woth great subs!
Zach was great to deal with. He responded quickly to my questions and since I had never been the one responsible for booking a VBRO I wasn’t familiar with how everything worked. The property was exactly as listed and we loved having three separate bedrooms, one for each of us. My favorite thing about the cottage was its central location to everything on the cape as well as places we went off of the cape. I really wish we had reserved it for two more days and driven back and forth from Newport RI. Our Quality Inn room there was the same price as a day at the cottage! I will definitely be recommending it to any friends that would want to come up and enjoy the Cape as well as the wonderful cool fall weather.
This is our second year staying at Nick and Zach’s cozy Mashpee home during the holiday season, and once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our family loves the festive events at the commons and the magical Polar Express train ride at Buzzards Bay. The hosts are incredibly responsive, always quick to communicate, and so friendly and kind. The check-in process is seamless, and the secluded location of the home makes the stay even more enjoyable, offering that perfect Cape Cod tranquility.
Their home is warm and inviting, with a true "home away from home" feeling. We have plenty of space for our 3-year-old to play and enjoy the large backyard, and the quiet, private road means we don’t have to worry about traffic while he rides his bike. The home is also conveniently located just steps from a convenience store and ice cream shop, with a grocery store, pharmacies, and other shops just a short 5-minute drive away.
We’ve always had a fantastic stay here, and we’re looking forward to making it a yearly tradition for our family. Thank you, Nick and Zach, for another unforgettable stay!
