Set in a quiet, gated community, just a few minutes from Disney and adjacent to Champion’s Gate Golf Resort, our well maintained, delightfully furnished home offers two master suites, two double bedrooms and four elegant bathrooms. The south facing gardens, pool and spa afford our guests total privacy in a luxuriously tropical setting. Being close to Disney and the attractions is a must when planning your holiday in Orlando. Our villa is in the heart of the action, only 4 miles from Disney and the attractions. Let us help you plan your perfect trip.

Pool Heating: This option is additional (non-refundable) to your booking at the rate of

The home is equipped with a NEW pool heater that can heat the water to the comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. (Please note that it will take approximately 24 hours for the pool to be heated properly upon activation of heater.)

Wonderful Vacation

Whole experience from beginning to end was fabulous. Owner’s communication was excellent. House was perfect for five adults. Pool was lovely. I chose the house for its private back yard pool area. House had everything we needed. An overall wonderful vacation spot!

Great vacation in a very nice Florida house

We rented this property for a month, and we loved everything, especially the outdoor courtyard and the tranquility of the neighborhood. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners are very nice and responded quickly to our emails. We had a great vacation, and we are already looking forward to next year. Thanks Annie and Martin

Unfortunate vacation

This review is more about the incompetent property manager and vacasa vacations than the owners. We selected this beautiful home because of the pool and option of pool heat. We didnt need all the rooms as we only used 2, however we needed the pool heat due to the projected forcast. We passed up other similar, less expensive homes due to the pool heat. Much to our confusion, it wasnt on when we arrived and we repeatedly had issues during our stay with it due to the property manager and her staff having miscommunication issues and simply not following the instruction of the homeowners. the home owners were very responsive and apologized repeatedly. Unfortunately the damaged was done as we were forced to find indoor pool options elsewhere and pay. Even after the owners agreed to leave the heat on as a complimentary item , the maintenance person never returned to up the heat or anything. Overall the sole reason we chose the house was ruined and ruined a major part of our stay. The house otherwise was clean and beautiful, well kept. We also recieved minimum check in instructions that had incorrect info and no checkout information, which was fine as we arent new to vrbo homes and they are have similar processes.

This was such an amazing experience for us. Joan was so wonderful to deal with. The home was beautiful and location was perfect. We have been vacationing in Florida for 19 years and I have to say this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed in. After having to cancel 2 years ago due to the pandemic this was the perfect vacation for us and very much needed! Highly reccomend we will defintely be booking again!

Great house

We stayed here for 18 nights and were very comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it got hot! The pool was as hot as the hot tub, I loved it after coming back being sore walking all day. House was stocked well enough. We cooked every day and packed lunches for Disney. It was nice to have a quiet house to come back in the evening. I loved everyone having their own bathrooms as well as the bathroom in the pool area so wet kids don’t have to go inside to potty.

Our family vacation

It was a beautiful home but there was some serious issues with the home not being cleaned upon arrival the toilet had urine stains on the bottom of the bowl hair on the floor in one of the corners in the livingroom there were wet pool towels on our bed when we got there the pool was dirty full of bugs and the spa wouldn't hold water the pool boy never came the whole time we were there. so many flies in the pool area the trash can was full when we got there but the management came to take the trash when we were getting ready for bed there was eye lashes in our sheets so I had to wash the blankets and sheets like I said it's a beautiful home but the cleaning crew surely ain't doing their job right after cleaning the bathrooms and washing the towels and bed sheets our stay was great at the house

Great vaca

The home was clean and comfortable. The pool and patio area was our favorite place to be, it was spacious, sunny and very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.
