I didn't want to leave! It was perfect for my dog and mom

When I arrived, the place was immaculate! Very clean and fresh. Great green areas for dogs. The neighbors and people in the complex were all very nice. Parking is super easy. The beds were very comfortable! The location is very convenient. Walmart and Walgreens are within walking distance. Lots of places to eat as well in walking distance. Location is also close to downtown. Everything is well kept and neat.

This is such a perfect location with restaurants and groceries near by and within walking distance! Olivia is fantastic as a host! Quick to help with just about anything and very nice! There's a nice quiet pool available that is great! Safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Super comfortable beds and very clean. It exceeded all expectations and Olivia made it all that much more enjoyable. This is a good one! Hope to be back!

Nice for a getaway

This property was exactly as described and the location was very nice. All kinds of eateries, basic shopping and easy on/off the major arteries, Mopac and 183. Olivia was a wonderful host and was easily reached if any questions came up.

Hi - My husband and I stayed here and loved the condo and the area. It is so cute! The pool was always clean and great temp, beds were super comfy, and you can literally walk to anything you need in 5 minutes. Thanks Olivia!

Perfect!

The place is perfect, the location is great and Olivia is a excellent host. Very well-appointed condo with so many shops within (very quick) walking distance, yet the setting feels tranquil and resort-like. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this place. It seemed elegant, airy and spacious, while other condos I looked at seemed dark and cramped. The grounds and pool made me feel like I was instantly on vacation, and the whole complex is very safe and friendly. You'll love it here!

What makes this property unique

The property is so treed and tranquil, it really does feel like a resort. However, you're actually just steps from great shopping and eating! Renowned burger joint Hopdoddy is just a few minutes walk away, as are Indian, Vietnamese, Italian, Deli, Brunch, and Cafe options. There are yoga studios, gyms, antique shops, a Walmart, grocery stores, etc, within a very short walk. While it's not downtown, it's in Allandale, which is a bustling Austin neighborhood in it's own right. The location can't be beat.
