Overall a great stay. Great location and enough space for everyone. The place has some cosmetic flaws but that’s to be expected. Would recommend and was a good price. We loved the pool. The garage was very warm to use the pool table and games.

The house could be magnificent, but it has a huge number of small flaws... it really needs a good spruce-up. There was no water or ice in the fridge.The pool was supposed to be cleaned every Friday, but we never saw anyone in three weeks... on top of that, the terrace surrounding the pool is dirty.

Had to wait past check in time due to cleaning service not being finished. Overall was pretty dirty (surfaces were not clean). No extra garbage bags or toilet paper in the house, contacted the host, but received no response. The pool was so dirty it was unusable. Contacted the host about the pool, was told it would be taken care of, chemicals were added but the bottom of the pool stayed filthy for the entire stay. The garage had a pool table and other games but was not air conditioned, and there was a sign not to open the door so it was too hot to be able to use. Last day of the stay a cockroach was found in the bathroom, contacted the host and got no reply. Spent 3 hours going through everything single thing we brought to make sure we didn’t get cockroaches from the house in our stuff. The location was decent, close to all the attractions. The house is big and works well for a family. Would have been great if it was cleaner and if the host communicated better.

This is a guest wants some refund Some people like this if you don’t give them some money they claim falsely .. All this false claims Only The pool complain about and we call the pool guy to clean it right away .. At check out he called and asked for a refund because of the pool .. i gave him 50$ He got upset and wrote this claim..

Was a good location. 1 mile from Interstate 4. Easy to get to. House was very nice. Host responded great when we had a problem and had it fixed in no time. Master bed is a little worn. It is hilly but I still slept good. Just no one will sleep in the middle of the bed. I would stay here again. The price was very good! So I hate posting about the bed because they make it affordable for you to enjoy your vacation.

My family and I (4 adults & 4 children) had a wonderful time. The reasons for the 5 stars are communication was wonderful, price was wonderful for the large house with a pool which the kids absolutely loved, we felt safe and secure there, house was very clean with comfortable beds. It was close to Legoland (19 miles and about 25 minutes with traffic). There were 2 issues but they didn't make us not have a great stay. The amount of hot water was not enough for more than 1 shower and there was some nasty ,stinky cigarette butts in the garbage disposal (I made the owner aware of that right away and they thanked me for telling them) We would stay again

House is beautiful, but we didn’t plan well enough we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or the pool table or any game in the house, we practically just be in the house to sleep. Next time we will rent it for more days, and plan our trip better.

Great location, neighborhood

Close to Orlando parks and other conveniences. Nice house with lots of space. Pool and patio are great - note: there is no handrail to get in and out of the pool. Easy and quick communication with the property manager, who addressed our requests very timely. My elderly mother and I stayed for the month of February, with different family members coming to visit throughout our stay. Everyone enjoyed the place.

When we got there there was trash in the middle bedroom toilet in the master was dirty sunflower seed shells all over the place in the floor . But other than that it was great

Decent stay

Trash was overflowed outside of our place when we arrived, we had a garbage bag in the kitchen that didn’t fit the can, and when we asked where spares were they only supply 1. No extra toilet paper either, essentials like this should be listed especially for those flying. Pool was full of hair & water balloons. Was a little disappointed but pool was cleaned Monday and we could use it then. Pillows were like cardboard. Overall, stay was good. 30 minutes to the parks without traffic. Owner responded to our concerns quickly, but did not solve them.

Thanks Sara for your review, The trash pickup is on Monday every week we have no control over this .. We provide amenities as a starter for the guests like new toilet paper shampoo ,conditioner ,soap ,trash bag ..etc but we don’t provide continues supply to the guests like hotels do .. Regarding The pool you text me on Sunday regarding cleaning and i sent the pool guy on Monday because they don’t work on Sundays. even though there’s a cleaning net by the pool.
