Our townhouse is the perfect vacation rental for those that want all the comforts of home and a relaxing environment after a day of activity in Dennis Port and surrounding area. The home has 4 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, kitchen, living and dining room. The outside area has a grill and eating area. With only 8 units in the complex, the pool is rarely busy. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and just outside the back area of the townhouse. There is a new outdoor shower, for your exclusive use. This vacation rental is suitable for two families as there are 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds, a king bed and a queen bedroom on the main floor.

The area is wonderful for families with the Nantucket Sound beach just steps away (4 min walk), pool, outdoor shower, A/C units in bedroom and on the main floor. There is a large park across the street with two play structures and New tennis courts. Mini golf is close by and there are bikes at the house that can be used for bike rides. Restaurants are plenty with a favorite being Buckee's for morning pastries and Chapin's for lunch or dinner. Sundae School Ice Cream is a short walk, as well as the famous Ebb Tide and Ocean House Restaurant if you want an ocean view while you eat.

This home had a nice location. It was a quick walk to the beach. The pool was very nice and it was great having it in the backyard. It was a very quiet area too.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect with a well-maintained pool in the backyard, and a short walk to public beaches. The condo was clean, comfortable and located on a quiet side street. The owner was very responsive.

Amazing vacation!

This property is ideally located. Walking distance to the beach, to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The condo is well furnished and the outdoor pool was great for the kids in the afternoons . We also found all the essentials for beach trips in the unit (sand toys, belly boards, beach chairs, etc) We really had a great time !

Great House and Location - iffy interactions with owner

The house was beautiful and perfect for our extended family trip of 7 people. The location was amazing, the pool and outdoor spaces were perfect. Unfortunately, we had many deductions taken from our security deposit, including a large deduction for a coffee mug with a chip. I would highly recommend the house but suggest clarifying exactly what types of things they consider normal from renting their home to people versus true damages that should come with a penalty.

Thanks for your review Holly. As per our email exchange, $105.00 was deducted for two broken lamps ($50 each) and a broken mug ($5). I have rarely needed to deduct charges from a damage deposit and never do this excessively. Holly, you suggested that there was an electrical issue at our home which caused the lamps to stop working. I had an electrician come out to test our lines and breakers and he found no issues. I apologize if clarification wasn't clear as to what "true damages" are, but there was a cost to the lamps and the electrician which far exceeded your damage deposit deduction.. We have worked hard to ensure our guests have everything they may need or want, to ensure they have an enjoyable vacation. We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own and appreciate those that do.

Great place for 2 families

Within walking distance to the beach. Great location. Loved having a full kitchen. We cooked every night with the barbecue to having a full stove. A recommendation would be to bring your own Tupperware as we didn't have enough to store leftovers. Owners were supper and responded quickly when ever we emailed. Would definitely go back for a vacation.
