The home is contemporary, beautifully appointed and clean. Both the backyard and front have seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We stayed with our two adult children and their three year old and really enjoyed the comfort in each bedroom and living area. Home is convenient to SLO and surrounded by a lovely vineyard. We would definitely recommend staying here. Our one question about how to use the coffeemaker was answered immediately. We would book again next trip to SLO.

Fabulous property for family getaway. Beautiful, with lots of space for everyone to spread out both inside and out. Very clean and comfortable, everything we needed for cooking and enjoying a weekend together. Only a few minutes into busy town but felt a world away. Most of the time was very peaceful, only occasional noise from airport but nothing bothersome. I would highly recommend this property.
Very cool under-lit bar counter. I want one in my house now.

This was a beautiful calming, comfortable home away from home for my family with multiple generations under one roof! We loved the view of the rolling Hills and vineyard from the living room, enjoyed the backyard, and found the location very convenient to where we needed to go. We did have an issue with one of the heater thermostats being out of battery leading to a couple of cold nights, but management sent someone out to fix it. I would highly recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed the location the best, as it is close to wineries, brewery's, Avila beach and downtown. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to SLO.

The VRBO description is accurate. Clean property inside and out. 10 minute drive to SLO stores and restaurants. Lots of light and space. Great kitchen and equipment. Comfy beds. Beautiful backyard space with a table, grill, sofa, and chairs around a fire. Very private, especially inside house and in backyard. Very quiet except for many happy birds singing. We kept windows open in the mornings and evenings with a nice breeze. Includes a two-sided gas fireplace, which is great for cool mornings inside. Near the airport but not a distraction. Surrounded by grapevines, which means occasional farm work will happen around you. We were awakened at 6am on a Monday morning by tractors and workers, but they were gone by midday. The property manager was responsive. Nothing broke while there so we didn't need to reach out.
