Very clean, great communication and it was a nice touch to have cold water and ramen. My teenage son really appreciated that.

Paper thin walls, comically slow internet that randomly disconnected throughout the stay (5~10 mbps host said this is fine), location that encourages partiers and loud people, nothing within walking in distance, many things in the room was barely hanging on including the door lock which was a major safety issue. Some good: newer materials, clean, seperate bedrooms is nice.

We were in Austin for a 1 week stay to visit family. This a one story building converted into a triplex and this is the center unit C. We were instructed to park on the street. It has a front door & 2 front windows with no back door or window large enough to exit in an emergency. There is one tiny window near the bathroom ceiling. The unit is decorated nicely, was clean and the appliances appear to be new within the last year. The bed was very comfortable. There were several problems discovered within hours of checking in: dirty oven with food spilled & crusted in it, baking sheet was very warped (it rocked on the counter) & extremely rusted with food caked on it, cereal/soup bowls had water puddled in them, silverware in drawer dirty with dried food, and only 1 fork on premises. The host responded promptly and had his cleaning service provide a new baking pan, 5 mismatched forks & clean the oven. It took 24 hours to find out that the thermostat is a Google Nest. The host sent a link with info. Once we had that information we were able adjust the temp (on site directions would be helpful). We appreciate that our host was prompt to respond and address to our concerns.
