Great location on the mountain. We didn’t receive the door code ahead of time, and i didn’t realize the code we received was for the exterior and not the room code. It took us a bit to get ahold of someone to get in. Room is a bit outdated but was comfy enough. Appreciate having a dog friendly room!

This is advertised as a personal condo — it is no such thing. It is clearly owned for the sole purpose of renting it out. The chairs in the kitchen are terrible and one almost sinks to the floor when they sit in them. This is not a personal condo that is used by the owner, it is just a rental that is tired and in need of updating. The quality is lacking.

Quick ski weekend

The location cannot be beat, no doubt. Check in was stressful as the door code wasn’t sent to me so I had to contact the host; as the front desk can’t assist with that. That made me nervous as it took a few attempts before my phone calls/texts were returned. Ended up receiving it and it was fine after that. For the cost of the room, I wasn’t pleased with the mattresses nor the cushions in the table chairs. They should both be replaced. You rolled away from the center of the mattress and you were practically sitting on the frame of the chairs. Each chair kind of felt like you were sitting on a toilet seat. There were 2 king beds and only one extra blanket. For a family of 4 and 3 nights there were only 3 bath towels but 4 pool/spa towels. The front desk also couldn’t help with this. But the location really can’t be beat.

Unfortunately, this can be subjective for many. Additionally, we note very clearly that of you need additional blankets, pillows or anything during your stay, you are asked to contact our local representative and not the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk is for Vail bookings only, as odd as that may sound. We appreciate your feedback and will take all your comments into consideration upon upcoming refreshes.
