We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our event near the NOW Arena, and it was only about a 40-minute drive to MDW without traffic. The house is in a safe, clean, and nice neighborhood with the added convenience of parking in both the garage and driveway.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed—cooking essentials, a gas stove that made cooking easy, washer/dryer, plenty of linens, and comfortable living spaces. With 4 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a game room full of activities, and a backyard with a lovely covered area, it was perfect for relaxing and entertaining.The host was extremely responsive, which made the experience even smoother. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!

It was too cold to use the gym in the garage but the game room setup was fun and most everything clean and functional. The only thing I'd suggest is adding dressers or shelves in the smaller bedrooms.

The location was great....nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean. The problem is the listing is not accurate. It shows that there are 2 twin futons in the living room, when in actuality, there are only 2 large chairs pushed together to make a love seat couch. It is barely large enough for one adult sleeping long ways. They also have to deal with the gap in the middle where the two chairs meet. There is another small piece of furniture off to the side that I believe is part of the sectional that the 2 large chairs are part of. That piece is too small for anyone to sleep on. We had 8 adults with us and thought everyone would have their own bed (excluding the couple that had the kind bed). One ended up sleeping on the couch in the game room area for the entire stay, which was 8 nights. The owner refunded us for one night and we are currently working with VRBO directly. The description was misleading and needs to be corrected before someone else runs into the same predicament.
