Private South-West facing patio, custom kitchen, gas fireplace, flat screen T.V's in living room and bedroom, deep soaker tub in bathroom with heated tile floor, and a great bed! Off-street parking. Quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minute walk to the ocean, 20 minute walk to downtown Sidney.
