Amazing property with the most incredible view. First night there saw a harbor seal, a bald eagle, and a hummingbird right in the back yard. There is also a full-on movie room which was an excellent surprise, although working the controls for that were a little confusing. Overall, it was an incredible stay!

We love to travel and stay in VRBO properties around the world, our favourite place to visit is Maui! In the summer months we can be found exploring the gulf islands by boat with our three adorable girls. We feel so incredibly blessed to live in Sidney by the Sea, and the ever-changing beauty of living on the ocean.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the south facing lot, that gives us panoramic views of Mount Baker, and Sidney Spit. We are close to Van Isle Marina so we get a front row seat watching Sail Boats, Yachts and Cruise Ships cruise by! We are also amazed by the wildlife - eagles, blue herons and all types of birds. We have also seen Orca whales from our deck, as well as a baby seal pup swim right up close to the shore!

What makes this property unique

This property is an amazing oasis that will put you right in the scene of a postcard! The ocean has a unique ability to just melt away all your stress! Imagine drinking your morning coffee in the hot tub while watching the sun rise, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, is there anything more perfect?! We are in an ideal location that is 5 minutes to the ferry airport and Sidney by the sea. 15 minutes to world famous Butchard Gardens. We are a short 25 minute drive to downtown Victoria! The perfect spot to celebrate a milestone and/or enjoy your west coast dream vacation!
