This newly listed spacious Incline Village single-level 2BR 2BA condo is offered as a 28 to 90 day rental only. This is a single level 1224 square foot unit. An elevator brings you from the covered parking garage up to this second floor unit.

Come on up to the fabulous north shore of Lake Tahoe and live, work, and play like a local! Due to HOA restrictions we offer only 28-90 day rentals.

There is a dedicated work space with adjustable-height desk.This light and bright end unit in Burgundy Hill offers gorgeous tree views from walls of windows. The spacious living area has 2 sofas with 4 reclining seats and a huge-screen smart TV.

The kitchen was upgraded recently with contemporary cabinetry and has all the kitchen cookware, appliances and gadgets one could hope for! There is a large deck with an awning.

The location is a very short drive to many beaches in summer. The Diamond Peak ski shuttle stops right across the street in winter and this resort is actually in walking distance. Northstar and Mount Rose ski resorts are both under 30 minutes away.

This Condo truly has it ALL!
