Mold, no towels, no tv, no wifi, no signal, far from town and stores, needed special permits to use beach(which was tiny). Bed broke. Closet door warped, water damage throughout. Much damage still obvious from Typhoon 9 months before. Beautiful location. Quiet. I had to leave due to mold and have received only difficulty trying to get a refund.

Sheryl is a wonderful host! We had a very good experience - the unit is very clean, equipped with everything you need, and a very comfortable place. The condominium complex itself is a different story. Amisa Residences has EXTREMELY restrictive policies: No drinking/eating at the pool, specific attire required at the pool & gym, no children at one of the pools, and Wi-Fi was only available at the clubhouse. Also, be advised that no taxi cabs drive by the area, so schedule your transportation ahead of time. There are also no restaurants close to the location. The host was fantastic, but Amisa not-so-much.
