Luxurious 5-bedroom house with swim-spa, fitness&weight room, game room, & more!

This home sleeps up to 30 individuals, including children, as well as pet friends comfortably. The space is 3200 square feet in size.

A well maintained 12-person hot tub, Gym w/ Peloton, 2 massage chairs, game room w/ pool table, foosball, basketball, darts, ping pong, air hockey, and more!

Working remotely? Feel free to utilize wall desks. Luxury beds labeled by level of softness. Massaging adjustable bed frames.

Enjoy the screened/outdoor patio, grill or a chefs dream kitchen w/ Espresso/coffee machines and more.

Parking up to 8 cars with an EV/Tesla charger available. Central location to DT Durham and RDU. Just minutes to airport!

The home is equipped with 4 highchairs, childrens'/infants'/toddlers' utensils and dishware, silicone bibs, two baby monitors, baby gates, a crib, a playpen, many hypoallergenic crib mattresses and more for little ones!

The home is powered by Solar Panels and a backup battery is connected to the Solar Panel System in case of a power outages.

Pets are allowed for a very reasonable extra fee as we are huge animal lovers and hope to bring and keep loved ones and families together during your stay, with
no family members excluded. We, the hosts, are always just a message away.

However, our cleaning procedure is rigorous and strict to ensure that guests with allergies are also property accommodated and includes disinfecting UV lighting.

There are mini fire pits on each of the three exterior tables. There is also swim spa exercise equipment available for use on the screened porch. We also have multiple exterior burners and exterior frying pots.

There are many appliances available for use including air fyers, an ice cream maker, blenders, toasters, crockpots, popcorn machines, coffee makers including Keuring and Nespresso machines with coffee and tea pods, two espresso machines, juicers, food processors, automatic slicing/dicing/mincing apparatuses, a sous vide cooker, electronic mixers, handheld and stationary, and much more!

We also have, varying in size from small to enormous, woks, mixing bowls, frying pans, cast iron skillets and griddles, pyrex dishes, and pots. Additionally there are two dutch ovens-cast iron and ceramic, turkey basting accessories, a food scale, meat thermometers and much much more!

We do our best to remain an environmentally friendly listing in so far as we offer glass straws, reusable Swedish dish towels, bamboo toilet paper and paper towels, palm leaf disposable and/or reusable plates,

There are 19 face masks, 3 neck pillows, and 6 neck stretchers available for use during your stay.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
17 eye masks, 3 neck pillows, 5 neck stretchers all need to be accounted for and placed on the sofas downstairs, all dirty towels in hampers, and any packages delivered outside on the front patio.
All dirty dishes that don't fit in the dishwasher and all used appliances please leave on the kitchen countertop! Report any damage and place all the game room accessories in their original locations
All gym equipment and accessories please place them in their original locations if moved. The remaining check-out and check-in instructions are on the laminated printouts in the hallway. Thank you!

Felt Like Home - But Better!

Everything about this stay was amazing - I truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The home had everything we needed, so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to go out yesterday. It was the perfect space for my family, with guests ranging in age from 1 to 71. Super spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

This house has everything!

We needed to use the kitchen for cooking and it had every tool, gadget, and supply you could need! The beds were all really comfy. The hot tub is awesome. And Jennifer was willing to help all throughout our stay with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Huge home, lots of amenities!

This house is amazing! The home is equipped with everything you’d need to have a great stay. We had 10 adults and 7 children and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The game room, hot tub, and work out room are an added bonus. The host goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Must stay for bigger groups!

Perfect Girls Night In

We had a Girls Night In and this was the perfect space for our stay! Beautiful Home with no stones left unturned. These owners have literally put thought into every little thing you might need during your stay. Great communication and very responsive. There was a little issue with the heat and they were right on top of it.

Bedrooms were fine. There was no pool. no backyard privacy. There were dangerous drop-offs to side of driveway that were unmarked. The was a wad of hair in disposal hindering usage. Toilet and bathtub dirty. When. I complained the host wrote "Your distasteful, abusive, illogical, and condescending attitude towards us suggests you might be suffering from severe mental health issues." The entertainment area was so crowded as to be unusable. The oven was stuffed with pizza utensils. There was way too much stuff all over the house. Not recommended.
