The house is located in the tranquil village of Topolia between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). The picturesque town of Chania is located 45 km away.

The 1-bedroom house offers an open plan living room (with fireplace) and a fully-equipped kitchen. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, microwave, small kitchenette, small refrigerator, and mini dishwasher are provided.

A double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms (with washing machine) is offered. A spacious balcony with outdoor sitting table, and a wooden pergola is also provided.

The 1-bedroom House can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on one main sofa bed and one additional corner sofa.
