Fine for a night in town but not as advertised. I think it was over priced for the location / neighborhood. The place was clean but has paint falling off of the walls, missing trim on the staircase, insulation hanging out where the dishwasher was not properly installed. The beds were comfortable but everything was very basic. For 300 a night we expected a lot more.

My family and I were disappointed in this property. The home smelled bad and it was not clean. We found food wrappers in the couch cushions, dirty smudges on all the walls, broken tiles on the stair case and hair clumps and mildew in the showers. It was so bad we only stayed long enough to book alternative lodgings.

Property was overall a good location. Good place to stay the night. My issues I was concerned with is the bedding did not appear to be washed at all. Covered in cat hair. Had my children with me and when it came time for bed, they covered up with the blankets provided in the home. they were grey blankets and we didnt notice they were covered in cat hair! All of my kids have an allergy to cats. Their eyes puffed up, one had his eye ½ shut because of swelling. they were crying that their eyes were hurting and itchy. Had to make a run at 2:30 am to find an open store to get benadryl. Thank goodness we had brought a few of our own blankets during travel and an air mattress with us. My husband, Myself, and our kids wouldnt have had a place to sleep. There were a few things about the house that are messed up or broken. Blinds in the living room were messed up, a strip on the stairs is missing, and the overall cleanliness of the homes floors was questionable. The couch has claw marks up the side, and the other that is a couch/futon was covered in crumbs. Which makes me question is there a vaccuum cleaner being used in the home for cleaning?? Overall the stay would have been just fine if not for the question of bedding and the home actually being clean. The washer and dryer is far to small to be washing bedding in and expecting is to be clean. Host was quickly responsive. The homes AC worked well, and we had no other issues in the home.
