This 70m2 / 753 sq feet, two bedroom / one bathroom apartment is located on the 4th floor. Original details like the French windows, the bay window and the exposed brick walls have been carefully restored and are simple yet beautiful features within this apartment. All windows have double glazing and wooden shutters.
Enjoy the city view from the living room's bay window.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils you might need to prepare a succulent meal.
Staying in the Paso Doble apartment means getting the best of both worlds. Just a few steps up, you're in the classy Eixample district. Venture east and instantly you're surrounded by history in the Gothic quarter, or Barri Gòtic.
Turn left from the building and you will find yourself at Plaça Catalunya, a central point in the city and excellent for transportation.
Just a minute's walk west from the apartment is the Passeig de Gracia, the central avenue of the Eixample district. Fitting with the grandeur of the buildings and the majestic fountain in the middle, this street hosts some of the most exclusive shops in the city such as Chanel, Carolina Herrera, Loewe, beautifully juxtaposed amongst some of Gaudi’s architectural gems.

A great place to stay

The apartment was great. We stayed on the 3rd floor which meant the tiniest (nicest) elevator ride or a four floor hike. We got some exercise and really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and very welcoming a modern apartment. I highly recommend it.

Pasa Doble is an extremely well-equipped apartment that is walking distance to most of the major Barcelona sights. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the front window watching the world go by.

Beautiful apartment in an awesome location, few minutes walk from the gothic quarter. The apartment has all the amenities and is super comfortable. We travelled with a 16 month old baby and had all we could ask for at our disposal. It was very clean and functional. Would definitely stay there again when we’re back in Barcelona!

Great location for Metro, buses, taxi's and walking. Unique building. We were not used to city traffic noises at night so wore ear plugs to help sleep. Overall great VRBO

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location.

This apartment is one of the loveliest apartments that I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Incredible clean, well appointed and stylish. Lovely sunroom to view the passers by in the street below. Really quiet and central location. Check in was great as we were met by the manager. There is a lift which was much appreciated as most buildings do not have this luxury. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. You cannot go wrong.

Great location, nice apartment

The apartment is located just 5 minutes away from plaza de Catalunya. It’s tastefully furnished and decorated, and the building is very well maintained. It may get a little noisy early in the morning on weekdays because the bedrooms are street side. But overall we have nothing to complain about, it was perfect for our family of 4 and the overall service was great.

Pasa Doble Barcelona

A fantastic property. Beautifully presented in a central location (almost above Universitat metro and an easy walk to Plaza Catalina) it had everything we needed for a multi day visit. Effective air conditioning during a hot period; cooking and washing facilities; and comfortable living and sleeping areas. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently, with great communication. We’d be very happy to go back and will recommend it to friends.

A wonderful stay in a lovely Apartment

I used to own a VRBO house in Seattle Washington - and I was and am a very picky person. This apartment lived up to my expectations and more. It was comfortably furnished, nicely appointed and updated, plus it was very clean. The neighborhood was a perfect location - near all the places in Barcelona that a newbie would want to visit. Amazing Barcelona Stay and Hosts!!!

Amazing space and location in the center of Barcelona. The apartment is the perfect size for a family of 4 with everything needed for a great stay. Very clean and well laid out with good furnishings. Great view from the balcony where you feel connected to the bustle of the streets below. Lots and lots of food, drink, and shopping options just steps away. The BCN host team from start to finish was exceptional with clear instructions and communication throughout the whole process and stay. It was truly a great experience and team to work with and would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful apartment!!! In a fabulous location!

We traveled to Barcelona with our 2 adult children, ages 19 and 23, and found this apartment to be very comfortable and suitable for privacy and ease of living. All the comforts were high end and high style with a lot of attention to detail. The location was perfect for us. We walked to the Gothic quarter and mostly everywhere or took a short taxi. We were also very impressed with any assistance from the staff we needed in ordering taxis or tickets for events. We highly recommend!

Visited my college daughter studying in Barcelona for spring break. This apartment was so beautiful and comfortable. Check in process was so easy, property manager onsite in building first floor. Great communication throughout booking and pre check in phase. Comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and decor, great city views from balcony, safe central location in the middle of everything including Metro. Dishwasher and laundry came in handy. Supermarket and coffee shop downstairs. Excellent stay…thank you 🙏

I loved this apartment. The location can’t be beat. There are so many restaurants and so many attractions and all the shopping you could possibly want. The access to inner-city transportation is second to none. My apartment was so clean and the decor is very chic. The security and safety is top notch. I can’t say enough about management. I was a long term guest and they treated me like a family. Keep Destination Apartments at the top of your list.

Absolutely the Best

The next time I return to Barcelona , I can’t see me staying anywhere but here. Location, location, location! This apartment has it all. The decor is chic and upscale. It is extremely comfortable to live in and comes with perfect amenities. The minute you step out on the street everything you could possibly want is just a few steps away including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and all firms of transportation. I can’t say enough about the staff and management, always ready to assist you. Just the perfect place to be!

Amazing Paso Doble

Our first visit to Barcelona was a fabulous experience, thanks to the wonderful people at DestinationBCN! We arrived very early in the morning from the United States and went directly to Paso Doble, where they were kind enough to hold our luggage for us until it was time to check in. The location of this property is superb, allowing us to easily walk to the Gothic Quarter, stroll down La Rambla, and catch taxis right out front to anywhere else we wanted to explore. Communication with the DestinationBCN Team was outstanding, both leading up to our visit, as well as after our arrival. They provided a perfect walkthrough of the property and the QRCode quick-reference sheet answered any questions we forgot to ask. Highly recommend DestinationBCN's Paso Doble property!
