Charming 2-bedroom in Brooklyn
The perfect rental for anyone visiting New York City! Our home is located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn on a peaceful residential block, a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and parks nearby - a prime location for exploring Brooklyn's trendiest neighborhoods & a 20-minute subway ride into Manhattan.
The 2 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 2 people in their own room. This is a shared space with the home owner and we will be present during your full stay. Guests have access to two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and a private bathroom and a wide selection of amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
We provide:
- Super Fast WiFi
- Smart TV with streaming services
- Ceiling Units for Heating & Air Conditioning with individual controls for each room
- Full Bathroom Amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc.)
- Kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials and basic ingredients
- Fresh pillows, bedding, sheets & towels
Our home is a 10 minute walk to the nearest subways (Clinton-Washington on the G train), which will easily take you into Manhattan from there. We are one block away from Pratt Institute and a short walking distance to Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene & Williamsburg.
