The house was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood with parking off the alley and street parking. Location worked for us as we were visiting family a few miles away. The host, Jonathan, was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider staying there next time we are in Minneapolis and need a place to stay. .

Host had great communication. Home was perfect for what we needed. Only complaints were a few picky things.. there were a few minor things that weren’t super clean, few dishes, few pieces of garbage left behind. Super minor. Also personally we’re not a fan of the bed and especially pillows being hard foam, but I know you can’t expect a perfect bed everywhere. Also didn’t love that the furnace was exposed, and the bedrooms really didn’t heat up at all if doors were closed.

The host was slow to respond except when it was an emergency. He changed to code to enter the home on us and didn't send it to us so we got locked out the first day. The house had at least two water leaks that weren't addressed so water in the kitchen went everywhere. After that it was very clean.

Perfect location

Perfect little place for us to stay for a softball tournament. Even though I wasn’t aware that the washing machine wasn’t working til I reached out to my contact, they did offer to pay for me to take the clothes to the laundromat. Overall great little place. Will keep in mind again if we are in the area!

This is a cozy and charming house in a quiet neighborhood. We live two towns over and rented it to decompress after long travel. It is clean, the beds and couch are comfortable. We had a couple of friends stop by to welcome us back and there was enough seating for everyone. The house is located near the Victory Memorial parkway - miles of beautiful walking and about a minute from 2 highways. The host is unbelievably understanding and kind. I made an error and he worked with me to resolve. He was also very responsive when I had questions. If you pass up this gem, you are missing out.

The home is very simple and small, which is fine for what we needed. The windows were very drafty. While the home was warm enough overall, we could feel the draft on our feet in every room, especially the living room. We just put two pairs of socks on. There wasn’t any Kleenex-just would have been nice to have so we didn’t have to use toilet paper to blow our nose. There was a blanket that was on a living room chair that I was going to use to cover up while on the couch. It was dirty. At first I thought it was stained, which didn’t bother me. But after closer inspection, there were spots on it that were sticky. It appeared to not have been washed recently? The code that we received for the door……was the wrong one. In fact I received an email with one code and another with a different code. I didn’t initially catch that so when we tried to get it, we couldn’t. I called the host and he immediately answered and apologized for us having the wrong code. I don’t blame anyone for that. Was just probably a glitch. So glad the host answered the phone immediately though bc it was extremely cold outside.
