One of a kind beach house ... tastefully appointed with breathtaking views and a 5 minute walk to the Beach. Open floor plan, with kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and deck overlooking the Rehoboth Bay. Recently renovated gourmet kitchen great for entertaining. 1 Master bedroom with oversize newly renovated bathroom also with bay views. Three additional bedrooms, and another two newly renovated bathrooms plus an outside shower. This two-story home will accommodate at least 2 families in 4 large bedrooms.

Far from the crowds, but close to everything, walk to the Beach, marina, and restaurants. Outlets, recreational parks, and grocery shopping within a short drive.

Suitability: Minimum age limit for renters, children welcome, non smoking policy, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The description of the property is accurate. The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The only slight negative we had was that the bathroom cabinets were a weathered.

The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house is at a great location. The kitchen is well stocked for lots of people. The listing says room for 3 cars but there is room for more. We had 4 cars and we could have even fit 2 more. I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and close to the beach but upon arrival we were greeted with colonies of ants in the kitchen and the living room. We found ant spray in the closet but took a few hours to deal with. Besides that the rooms and location were nice

Very nice house. Spacious and good for a large family or group. A little closer to the busy highway than I expected and while the walk to the beach was easy it was also along the busy road and with 4 toddlers was a challenge. I did not complain about the cleanliness but there were some areas that needed more attention—the stove and oven area were greasy. And the vents need attention. Overall a lovely stay; well outfitted and comfortable.

A perfect family getaway

We had 7 of us age ranged from 18 to 57 and we all found things to do in Dewey! This was walkable to everything! I would highly recommend! A great space for a family!

Nice place close to beach and restaurants

There was a group of us and we didn’t want to have to take our cars everywhere, this location was great for that. Short walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Rooms were set up exactly like they were shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and was in an exceptionally good condition. Clean and everything worked, especially the air conditioner The perfect beach house and literally a five minute walk to the beach and bay. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet and peaceful - a great week was had by the whole family!

Great location and plenty of space!

We stayed at the end of June ‘24. Very clean and spacious. Large deck with plenty of seating. The Beach is a short walk up the street. All 3 bathrooms were in great condition. Beds were comfortable and the Master bedroom/bath has a great view! Everything we needed and we visited 3 different beaches while staying here. Ocean City boardwalk was a short relaxing drive.
