- Relaxing Pool Area: Relax in the large heated spa or lounge in the poolside Adirondack chairs with umbrellas. Enjoy the unique in-pool bench seating for ultimate relaxation. The pool is NOT heated.
- Outdoor Entertainment: The outdoor bar area is a perfect spot for socializing, complete with a TV, mini fridge, and gas grill for your convenience.
- Private Backyard: Enjoy privacy with a fully fenced-in large backyard with room for yard games if desired.
- Garage gaming with an electronic dart board and arcade games. Garage is not temperature controlled and may not be usable during intense heat or cold.
- Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook up your favorites in our well-stocked kitchen, featuring a Keurig for your morning coffee.
- Golf Cart Fun: Opt for Buster the Blue Golf Cart (available for an additional nightly fee) to explore the area with ease.
- Bikes: 2-4 cruiser bikes will be available for your enjoyment. There are several bike trails nearby. Enjoy the River to Sea Trail, which is mostly paved, or the off-road Egan's Creek Greenway which will get you up close and personal with nature.
- Beach Essentials: We provide sand chairs, a cart, a cooler, and beach games to enhance your seaside adventures.
- Family-Friendly Amenities: Enjoy a selection of board games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Plus, we have a Pack 'n Play and high chair for our littlest guests.
- Entertainment and Comfort: Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and relax with 5 smart TVs. Ceiling fans in each room and 2 portable fans ensure a comfortable environment.
- Conveniences: We provide shower soaps and luggage racks for your convenience.

Accommodations:
- Primary bedroom: 1 king bed with dual vanity en suite bathroom
- 2 secondary bedrooms: each with 1 queen bed
- 2nd bathroom with bath tub

POOL/HEATED SPA/BIKE WAIVER
Booking party must be at least 25 years old and is required to sign a pool/spa/bike waiver (provided via messaging after booking is confirmed). Booking party accepts liability for entire group for the duration of the whole stay. Waiver must be signed prior to check-in time (failure to do so could result in booking cancellation without refund).

BUSTER THE BLUE GOLF CART
Buster (the blue golf cart) is available to rent for an additional fee: ($50/night-January 1 thru February 28 and $75/night and March 1- December 31). If you choose to rent the golf cart, the fee applies to the full length of stay regardless of usage. Booking owner and all drivers will be required to sign a waiver and provide valid and active driver's license and insurance. All drivers must be minimum 25 years of age.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policy that is confirmed at time of booking is strictly enforced. Reservations requesting to be cancelled outside of cancellation window will not be refunded (including due to weather). We highly recommend purchasing trip/travel insurance to ensure you are fully covered should something come up!

Other things to note:
To reserve this property, the guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and is required to occupy the property for the duration of the stay. This guest is also required to sign a waiver for the pool/house/bikes.

There is enough parking for up to 4 midsize vehicles. The garage is Buster's home. We cannot accommodate RV/trailer parking (exceptions can be made if requested prior to arrival). Please only park on the driveway.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AND NO UNEXPECTED/UNREGISTERED GUESTS! Fee if violated is $1000 plus immediate cancellation of reservation without refund and future reservation ban.

Everything was great.The blue lights in the pool at night make for a beautiful evening every night. We needed a table outside, and found one in the garage. All the wonderful restaurants are within 10 minutes!!

The perfect place

I loved that this house was close to everything that my family wanted to do. The pool and hot tub was a big hit for mornings that we just wanted to lounge around. That is where we spent most of our day. The host was awesome! She responded pretty quickly. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect Family Getaway

This listing was absolutely perfect, clean and the perfect family house! The location was great! It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and many more things! The pool/hot tub was awesome the kids and adults loved it, it was clean and easy to use with the heater for when it was a little bit chilly! The little pool bar was great for the guys to be able to watch the football games and still interact with family! The hosts were so responsive, fast, and helpful with all of our questions! We would most definitely stay here again!

Came here for an anniversary getaway with my husband. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This place literally feels like a home away from home. Donna has seriously thought of everything to make the house feel like home. Everything you could possibly need is included in the stay. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa but absolutely loved being able to take “Buster” the golf cart out to get around the island along with using the bikes to take on trails. This property is definitely a must stay and the listing doesn’t even do it enough justice. It’s beautiful, clean, and very well maintained and thought out. And Donna was very responsive with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Little bit of a rough start, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Donna was great, and went above and beyond making us feel at home. If I had to be nitpicky, the instructions for unlocking the front door would be a little better. Also, there was a lag in getting in touch with the host as the app didn’t provide a 1-800 number that didn’t connect me to anything. Check out time was a 10, which is a little early considering most hotel check outs are at 11. Other than that, the house was clean, the beds were comfy, the neighbors were friendly, and check out instructions were simple. It was great location, close to everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. Hospitality was A

We recently retired and discovered Amelia Island. We fell in love with it immediately. We bought our little paradise house and wanted to share it until the time comes when we can move down here permanently. We originally worked with a management company but much prefer the personal touches of managing the property ourselves. We have thoroughly enjoyed hosting and look forward to interacting with all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

We love the quaint little town of Fernandina Beach for all of the little shops, cafes, restaurants, breweries, and the live music scene. We love the Saturday morning Farmers Market in town. We love the beach access points and the long boardwalks. We love the tortoises and hares that live in the dunes. We love that we can take the golf cart to almost anywhere on the island. We love the people and the laid back energy of this secret paradise. We are happy whenever we can get a little escape to this place.

What makes this property unique

Our backyard paradise is a special retreat. The sun hits it just perfectly. The hot tub is so big and easy to operate. The beach is just a 3 minute golf cart ride, and town is easy to get to as well...taking less than 10 minutes by golf cart. The home is quaint and uncluttered...yet with plenty of space for a group of 6. The kitchen is well-appointed. We have also provided lots of games and beach accessories.
