ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN MY HOME. I am allergic. DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR STAY IF YOU OR YOUR GUESTS SMOKE.
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath residence provides an optimal level of comfort for any large vacationing family, romantic couple, or business traveler. It also provides easy access to key destinations such as Downtown, the Beaches, and St. Augustine.

The two story townhouse provides guests with enough space to rest and relax. There is also a screened in back patio for guests to enjoy outdoor comfort. With three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk-full and twin), guests will find the comfort they need during their visit.

Guests at the Knight Lodge will have access to the entire residence during their stay, including the single car garage. Wi-fi, Apple TV, and Xfinity cable enable guests to feel right at home during their stay.

While at the Knight Lodge, guests will be able to contact the hosts via phone or text.

Great size, beds comfortable, nice to have detergent there. Could use more towels, better temperature for water in master shower,. We also enjoyed the property pool and walking path. Thank you for allowing us to stay!! It was great for the short weekend.

Not really understanding the 3 rating. Hall closet still filled with towels not used by guest. Many clean unused towels also in the master closet.

My family of 5 was in town for a wedding and we decided to enjoy some vacation time as well. The location is close to everything we wanted — the beach is not far, and there were plenty of stores and food options a short drive away. This place had nearly everything we needed, and the host was easy to contact to help us sort out the rest.

Very comfortable place to stay

We had several family members in town to see my Dad who was in ICU. It was a perfect place to stay. It had a good number of beds for us all and a great sized living room and dining room for us all to be together. We were very comfortable and the rooms were really nice.

Great place to stay for an “at home” feel. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the snack basket and board games. Good location to beaches and downtown area. Had very good communication with the owners, we will stay again if ever in the area.

Our stay was amazing. The house was just as advertised, and family friendly. The location is close to the freeway so it was easy to get anywhere (especially the beach). Great communication but everything was in order before we got there so we didn’t have to call or text for anything during our stay. Will definitely stay here again

Housing for storm response team

We had a small storm response team that stayed in the house for two weeks. Everything was as advertised and the house met our needs. Everything the guys needed was included. Owner was very easy to work with and even left a "welcome" inventory of supplies to get us started. It was the perfect home away from home for our guys.

Home Sweet Home

After being traveling nomads for several weeks and staying in numerous places because of relocating from a foreign country and running from a hurricane it was so good to settle at Vanessa's house. She was more than accommodating, easy to deal with, always right there when we had a question or need. The house had everything we could imagine and then some. The house is located in a really nice neighborhood, with nice parks and playgrounds for the kids, grocery shopping right down the road, down the road is St Johns Town center with lots of great restaurants and shops. It is located right off I-295 so was easy to hop on the interstate and be anywhere fast in the city. A bonus was the garage, it was so nice to come home and be able to pull right into a garage. If your needing a place to stay in Jacksonville don't hesitate staying at this house.

Comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated home

We stayed during a visit to Mayo Clinic. Getting to the hospital was easy to do from the home. The home was very comfortable, decorated tastefully. Clean. And I appreciated the welcome extended to us with snacks, coffee, and wine. I liked that Vanessa had things that might be needed on a temporary basis; napkins, paper plates, to go coffee cups. Even the pool was nice. It had areas for sitting quietly and the loungers by pool. You had both options. Also, Vanessa stayed in contact by text to answer questions As we needed to ask them. Overall the stay was excellent. I will plan future appointments with the calendar for this town home. Just lovely. Thank you Vanessa.
