Cottage house with pool in the hillside of Sóller - VT1734

Beautiful small cottage in the mountains range between Sóller and Bens D´Avall. Easy car access and parking for one car. The house is prepared with a double bed, a bunk bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining- living room with pellet wood burner and A/C (in the living room) and TV/ DVD with german Astra Sat and spanish programms. The partial covered terrace with BBQ invites either to sunbath or to relax in the shade on hot summer days. The pool is great fun in summer! A realy cosy place to be.

We simply loved this property. Its location and views were simply amazing. The property was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. It is located well outside of the town, which we liked, but you will thus need a car.

Charming cottage

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. It was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a charming fireplace, and the views are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. The location is peaceful, and it's about 1 km via S’Heretat to the hiking trails Camí del Rost and Camí de Castelló. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing place, great little villa, lovely little pool and everything we needed for a perfect stay

That view! Close to Soller, on the road to Deia. Loved this part of the island and the service we received from both Mallorca Dream Homes and (especially) Toni the owner was above and beyond. We wanted to buy the place, and will definitely be back.

Beautiful small villa nestled in the hills with great views close to Soller, very private and good for sunrise. Negatives were lack of dishwasher, washing machine and the driveway which was very challenging. No walking routes directly from Villa, car required to get anywhere.

Ein zauberhaftes Berghäuschen inmitten einer traumhaften Bergwelt. Der Ausblick von jeder Terrasse ist einzigartig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und ist fast allein. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox, die Damen im Büro sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Jolie maison de vacances, en retrait du village, sur les hauteurs. Très bonne propreté. Conforme à la description. Il manque quelques effets indispensables (torchons, gel douche…). Belle maison

Mon séjour à la finca majorquine nichée au cœur des oliviers à Sóller a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès l'arrivée, on est accueilli par une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de la Serra de Tramuntana, un véritable havre de paix entouré de nature. La finca, restaurée avec soin, allie parfaitement le charme traditionnel majorquin à des commodités modernes. Les oliviers centenaires qui entourent la propriété ajoutent une touche d'authenticité et offrent une atmosphère de sérénité inégalée. Chaque matin, se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et profiter du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée était un pur bonheur. La proximité de Sóller permet de découvrir facilement le village pittoresque et ses environs. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande vivement à quiconque cherche à se ressourcer dans un cadre naturel et enchanteur.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für zwei bis drei Erwachsene. In der Hütte gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage in Sóller ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten auf der Insel. Wir kommen wieder!

Cette maison remplit parfaitement le cahier des charges que je m’étais fixé : au calme, sur les hauteurs, avec une vue magnifique. Je n’ai pas été déçu: cette petite maison pour 4 est très jolie, planquée au cœur d’une oliveraie, agrémentée de 3 belles terrasses et de très jolis arbres. La piscine a été plus que bienvenue car il faisait très chaud. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Genauso wie beschrieben, nur noch schöner. Ein gemütliches, gepflegtes Haus in einem schönen Garten mit traumhafter Sicht auf das Tal von Sóller. Für uns hatte es die perfekte Lage, mit dem Auto schnell in der Stadt, am Hafen und auf dem Weg Richtung Deja. Übergabe problemlos. Das Büro ist im Ort. Gerne wieder.
