There is a large patio space in the backyard, a swing set, a basketball hoop, tether ball and lots of space to roam. There are trails in the woods, the house has a backup generator, and is quiet and private.

The Acres at Potter is close to Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes. It is 20 minutes from Canandaigua, 10 minutes to Penn Yan and 15 minutes to Naples. There are two ski slopes and countless wineries and breweries nearby, with no end of things to do all year round!

The property is amazing! The house was much more spacious than anticipated, which was great for 9 adults staying there. We definitely made use of the tetherball and basketball hoop. Rick was very helpful and communicated well. 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Huge living space when you 1st walk in, well equipped kitchen, so much room for anything you'd want to do from dinner, games, cards, TV just sitting around talking. We arrived on Dec 11th to find a beautiful Christmas tree up and decorated. Communication was at a 5 star level. Smugglers bar and grill at the end of the road was nice too. Likely to rebook this trip in the spring ! Thanks for EVERYTHING Rick !!!!!!
