We had such a great time at the cabin with our old dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook, the cabin could not be cozier, the view from the deck is amazing, and overall the property is just beautiful. Joe was an amazing host and we cannot wait to book our next stay. If you need a place to relax and recharge- this is your next vacation spot

Thank you for the nice review Courtney so glad you guys enjoyed yourselves.
This cabin was fantastic!!! The property is absolutely beautiful. It has a pond with a canoe, campfire spot, peaceful stream with hammock, and even horses (although we didn’t see them on this trip). The cabin is very rustic but modern with top of the line kitchen appliances, hot-tub, and washer/dryer. Everything was clean. There is wood available for the campfire or wood burning stove. The hot tub on the deck was a favorite. The stars at night were incredible! Having coffee on the deck overlooking the pond in the morning was great! The host was responsive and kind. There were no problems with check in or out. The location is ideally located between Babcock State Park (15 min) and the New River Gorge Bridge (40 min). We absolutely will be back!
Loved the location! Perfect spot for exploring all the great parks in the area. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! Kitchen well stocked, plenty of linens and loved the fireplace.
Perfect Xmas getaway for my husband and I and our dogs. Loved the secluded property and watching the stars from the hottub at night. Joesph was quickly available when we had a few questions and responded immediately! Even with it being Xmas eve when we checked in
This was our third time staying at this cabin, and it continues to be the perfect getaway. The property is spacious giving us plenty of room to explore with our dogs. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub watching the snow fall and the stars shine above. The cabin is well-maintained, cozy, and Joe always makes us feel welcomed. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
Absolutely loved our stay! First time in the area and was impressed by the cabin. Hot tub was perfect! REALLY liked the horses! Will have to come back when it's a touch warmer to explore more!
It's a cabin in the middle of a 100 acre, lot.It was quiet peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is secure and has modern amenities. The heaters of wood burning stove, but it's so well insulated it works well. We hope to come back. The owner is easy to reach and quick to respond.

Hey Mark, glad you enjoyed the place and you obviously didn’t need it if you kept the woodstove going, but there are also baseboard electric heaters in the cabin
Joe was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hot tube was great; the ATV trails were also nice. Horses are very friendly. We loved our time here and will mark this as a favorite to return in the future.
The property was everything we expected. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. The kitchen was beautiful and enjoyable to cook in. It was fun seeing the horses on the property and felt very much a country getaway.
Unique property we enjoyed very much, secluded and peaceful. Enjoyed interacting with the friendly horses. Our only complaint is the gas grill was not operational.

My apologies on the gas grill. Perhaps it ran out of propane. We do keep an extra bottle for that purpose in the future. Please don’t be afraid to contact me. I would’ve had someone come out and switched the bottle for you if you were unable to do it. But thank you for your stay and I’m glad you enjoyed the place.
The countryside is therapeutic, to say the least. And the venue is the perfect mix of “rustic” and amenities. This was my second visit, but I doubt my last!
Loved the hot tub and feeding the horses. Couldn't enjoy the pond or creek because it hadn't rained for a long time. Already looking into booking again.
We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi.
This was a beautiful property and cabin and extremely peaceful!! The host was communicative and helpful. We cannot wait to return!!!
