Welcome to Creekside, our little cabin is a veteran owned tiny retreat in Forksville, PA that caters to families, fishing enthusiasts or anyone wanting to get out in nature and away from the hustle of everyday life. With creek access and mountain views, you can fish and swim right here on our property. There are also many hiking trailheads in the area that include short easier trails for the kids or the longer more strenuous trails for that avid hiker. Located on Route 87 it is within close proximity to two state parks, World's End and Ricketts Glen and the Loyalsock State Forest is nearby as well. Sullivan County is a beautiful area located conveniently near the towns of Dushore, LaPorte, Eagles Mere, and Williamsport. Bring the whole family to enjoy what nature has to offer! At 900 square feet, 7-foot ceilings, and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area: family and friends will be sure to enjoy each other's company. The cabin features three bedrooms and a full bath with washer and dryer for guest use. You may encounter wildlife as we've seen bear, deer, fox, turkey, and bald eagles. With a tranquil setting, you're sure to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This is a great location. It was close to hiking areas as well as fishing! The Host was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. The cabin has everything you would need to enjoy your get away.

The property was exceptionally well maintained and appointed. Everything was very clean. The outdoor area is super cute with the deck and fire pit walking out to the creek. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I can’t say that any of us slept well while we were there but otherwise the stay was good.

Creek side was a perfect spot for my son (35 yr), grandchild (7 yr) and me - the grandparent. It was very well stocked with kitchen stuff, hot beverages, linens, games and info about the area. We enjoyed throwing rocks in the creek, swimming and hiking at World’s End and playing mini-golf and eating ice cream at Becky’s. The cabin was also a great place to hang out both inside and outside. The host responded quickly to my question and was very helpful. This was my granddaughter’s first mountain vacation and she said more than once “I love nature!” We hope to visit again!

Fantastic!Great location, great spot, great communication. I've stayed in many rentals and can say this one is fantastic. It's always nice when hosts think of the little things - hooks in rooms, ziploc bags for leftovers, firewood for the fire pit. Really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the these little touches to make our stay easy. Would book again!

This is a great place. Quick details: Was just my dad and I so space was perfect for us. I'd say it could comfortably sleep 4 adults plus a kid or 2. Very clean and generously stocked with whatever you might need to cook, shower, play games, stream TV, whatever. Good Wifi. Oh and a great, level fire pit with able free wood. You can tell the owners care about their tenants comfort. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great assuming you are coming to fish, hike, or just relax.

Our group has been doing a summer cabin trip for 32 years in and around Dushore. This is the first time we stayed at creekside. Man were we disappointed. Disappointed that we didnt find this place 30 years ago. The cabin is somewhat small. The bedrooms are somewhat small. However, perfectly clean and comfortable. Especially since we basically spent 90% of our time outside. That is the REAL treat. The property. We used up every ounce of the grassy yard. Very clean and well kept. We were in barefeet most of the time. We played Bocci ball, corn hole, frisbee, waded in the creek. We saw some deer crossing the creek. When nightime came, we layed on the hill and took in the star show. We were able to see dozens of satelites, and even caught an extremely bright shooting star. We loved our stay and if we have a small group of 6 or less again, we will be back!

The cabin's floor plan is open and well-conceived, ideal for our party of 3 adults and two children. The grandkids had a blast exploring the banks of Loyalsock Creek. The property's location was perfect for excursions to World's End State Park and the Sullivan County Fair. I have a feeling that a return trip is in our future.

The cabin was a lovely experience for our family vacation. The cabin was clean, well stocked and provided everything we needed. The creek was a nice break for the kids to have some fun and the backyard provided plenty of room to play while also providing a nice fire pit area for evening gatherings. The only downside was the front parking area was closer to the road than expected. All in all we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there.
