LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This brand new private suite comes with its own private entrance and parking. It is designed with your comfort in mind with very comfortable memory foam bed, luxury bathroom, 55' smart TV and very fast WI-Fi. 10 min from beautiful beaches and 3 min from Downtown Gardens. Even though our suite does not have a full Kitchen, it's equipped with Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.
ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

Very accommodating host. Other reviewers put the home is near the beach. It is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to beach depending on traffic. Very close to shops, restaurants, airport. Perfect for one person for a few days.

This place was perfect for us! Cozy, quiet, and close to everything. Shower was stunning & bed was very comfortable. Even a beautifully set table for morning coffee and pastries, if so desired. For a smaller space the owner did an excellent job at making it feel like home. Thank you! We’ll be back!! :)

The suite appears somewhat newly converted one car garage into an efficency unit. It was very clean and comfortable for a long weekend trip for 2 people. Easy in/out, clear and prompt communication from the host. Small amount of amenities (body wash etc) available. Recommend!

Great location

This is a cute, modern studio. I am familiar with the area and it is in a great location, right by the mall, cafes, and restaurants. I liked that I could park my car right by my door. The area is quiet and safe.
