Well appointed, very comfortable home centrally located in Borrego Springs approximately 1 mile from town but you feel like you are miles away because it is so serene

Bedrooms:
1. Queen bed with on ensuite bathroom. (sleeps 2)
2. Queen bed. (sleeps 2)
3. Full bed and Twin Trundle. (sleeps 4)
4. Family Room. Giant L-Shape couch can sleep 2 comfortably . Room can be shut off from living room via barn door.
5. Movie style popcorn maker.
Bathrooms
Ensuite has a shower and the second bathroom tub/shower combo
Towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer , steamer for clothes,porta crib, high chair and all more essentials.

POOL & SPA
We have a beautiful and relaxing heated pool and spa. If you would like to have either or both heated, please let us know before check in; we turn it on remotely so it is ready for your arrival. The pool takes about 8 to 10 hours to heat.
Pool heating fee: $125/day (pool is not heated Jan and Feb due to cold weather)
Jacuzzi heating fee: $50/day (year-round)
Both heated: $150/day
There is a security camera in the backyard for safety of the pool. And safety for when the property is not being occupied.
There are life vests from infant, toddler and youth sizes. Pool toys, pool, games, outside games, Beach, cruisers, bike helmets, not supplies, bring yours, please fire pit, barbecue

1 pool towel per guest is provided, please note that the bath towels are not to be used at the pool
