Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The maximum occupancy for the house is 8 guests. Please do not exceed this number otherwise we will charge $50 per e ach extra guest.
Pool is heated with solar and electric systems. If the electric heating costs exceed $50 during your stay, the additional charges will be billed you.
Guests are required to clean the grill after each use. If the grill is not cleaned, there will be an additional charge of $50 to you.
