Nestled along charming country roads, our farm offers an escape from city life and the quietness of noise of rural living. Stay in a cozy apartment overlooking a peaceful pasture, where the absence of noise pollution lets you fully embrace the sounds of nature. Whether seeking to reconnect with the outdoors or savor the tranquility, our farm promises an unforgettable countryside experience.
While staying at the farm, guests can contact me directly through the Airbnb message button. Please do NOT come to the house for assistance

Clover Brooke Farm is working fiber farm raising llamas, alpacas, sheep and Pygora Goats for fiber and a very popular Agritourism destination welcoming over 4000 visitors a year. We offer unique animal experiences (hikes, walks and tours) along with seasonal classes that you must pre-register in advance directly through our website if interested in participating in .
Our Airbnb guests receive a 10% discount for any pre-registered class through our website, coupon code will be supplied upon booking located in the Directions Section.
The farm is located in the historic Hudson Valley on 45 acres, offering pastoral views, stocked bass pond and old wooded forest with walking trails. The apartment(s) are housed on the second floor in our newly renovated 1850 barn, located adjacent to the parking lot. During you stay you will have the option to join our
During your stay at the farm, we encourage you to visit our website to review and book any weekend experiences in advance, such as Farm Tours or Animal Encounters. Please note that the farm is closed for experiences Tuesday through Thursday, and no guest activities are offered during those days.
Guests are welcome to enjoy watching the grazing animals from the first-floor deck only. For the safety of our animals and visitors, access to pastures or animals is not permitted without the owner's direct permission.
Also, please be aware that the apartment is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible, as there is no elevator.
Please do not enter through any gates or step off the back deck….into any pasture. Animals can be unpredictable in their behavior hence why we encourage you to sign up for a farm tour through our website.
The Farm does NOT have any food to offer or sell, please be prepared for your stay.

***No pets , smoking or vaping allowed on the farm or in the apartment.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! - When you arrive, the entrance to the crushed stone parking lot is lighted with two four solar lights (two on each side of pole)and farm sign hangs overhead on right side of the entrance. In addition, there are two solar lights for signifying parking spot. Once parked, the apartments are across the parking lot, next to farm store, with WELCOME sign to right of door. Once through door, walk around to right, through classroom and the stairs. Please do NOT park in front of the red barn as this is private parking for the farm owners.
