The host was attentive to our needs! There were issues with the house : One AC unit for two floors and there was an issue with the AC unit that had to be corrected by a maintenance person, the game room is a converted garage and the floor was not level; consequently the pool table, shuffle board and foo's ball tables did not work making the balls roll down in the direction of the slanted floor. The bathrooms were not ideal (small, divided and not designed efficiently) with no toilet or sink/vanity in the master. We did appreciate the large comfortable living room, kitchen, dining area, covered hot tub, screened porch and firepit area in the backyard. The location was ideal distance (five minutes) to our main destination Rocky op Sports World.

We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, hot tub, screened porch, and firepit — those are definitely guest favorites. A quick note on a couple of items: The home has two separate climate systems — an Ecobee for the main house and a MrCool unit for the game room. A previous guest had inadvertently changed some settings, but we’re glad we were able to get our maintenance team out quickly to resolve it during your stay. As for the game room — it’s a converted space that many of our guests love for the extra entertainment options. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will keep your feedback in mind as we continue making improvements to the property.

Fun getaway with the family

Lots of space and room to hang out. Spent most of our time in the game room playing pool, shuffle board, and foosball. Movie set up was perfect for a family to watch a movie together.

Cozy house in good location

The check in and out process was convenient and easy. The main challenge was the layout of the home with small children and that the wifi didn't work well. Overall the owners were great to work with and other than small issues with technology it was a good Vrbo!

Football weekend

We had a group of 6 get together to spend a weekend watching movies and football. The theater room was the perfect spot to do this. There are 10 recliners sitting on 2 levels and facing a big TV on the wall. It doesn’t get much better than that in terms of relaxation. We spent so much time in the recliners that we cheated ourselves out of enjoying the outside sitting area with the fire pit.It is a very nice area with seats that encircle the fire pit. There is also a screened in room outside the kitchen that is a great place to sit and enjoy the peaceful views. The place was very clean and organized. We had all the supplies that we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms were good sized. Parking can sometimes be a problem when staying in this area. This was not the case. There is plenty of room to park, and it is easy to get in and out. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a spacious retreat in a great location. You can relax inside or outside. You won’t be disappointed. The hosts were excellent and very accessible as well. Any questions I had were answered within minutes.
