This upper level unit has four bedrooms, three full baths, two large lakeside decks, a cozy poolview deck, and has a capacity of up to twelve guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. Needs some TLC

We came for a family wedding the weekend after a Labor Day and were disappointed at the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo for the luxury rates we paid. The condo was pretty beat up, not sure if this was a result of end of season, but the garbage can, fridge drawers, paper towel holder etc were all cracked and broken and the walls were beat up and tiles were broken outside the front doorway, etc. The sliding doors were filthy and the outside patio hadn’t been cleaned and cared for in weeks. We called to have the doors and patio cleaned so that we could use them and the gentlemen that came to clean came quickly and was very kind. The location was good and the golf cart rental on property was very convenient and worked out greatest We had a good trip but would not stay in this unit again at these prices without significant updates.

Love Lake Erie

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, pretty great! The interior layout was very good for a large family except there was no indoor eating space. Bathrooms were huge, bedrooms nice size and everything very functional. Very clean!!! Not much of a “beach” by the the lake, wished they could have done more with that. The star though is Lake Erie which was gorgeous and just as I remembered it!
