A stunning property in a great location just off of Miramar Beach. The perfect home for our family reunion (group of 12). A member of our group is now handicapped and the property met all our needs. John (owner) was great to work with - highly responsive and accommodating.

10 Sarasota (Here Comes the Sun) was fabulous! We had 20 family members, and had room for at least 3-4 more! The dining table was HUGE, the kitchen was well stocked (with two dishwashers), two sets of washers/dryers and bathrooms in each bedroom! The pool was perfect, great shade in the afternoon with an outdoor kitchen. The roof top was great for sunrises/sunsets and an elevator for someone who wouldn’t make the stairs. It’s a short walk to the beach, and not overly crowded. We had a great time and we’d definitely choose this house again bc John was very easy to work with!

Family Vacation

This property is exceptional and the host was very hospitable, very clean and amenities were all good, great location, I have no complaints about this property, would stay again in future. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an elegant experience near the beach.

5/5 Stars - Absolutely Spectacular Stay for Our Large Family! Our family of 17 stayed here for a week-long vacation, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We had a wonderful time making memories together, and the house itself was absolutely gorgeous. In 16 years of renting vacation properties, this was hands-down the cleanest house we have stayed in. Having plenty of parking made arrival and outings effortless and having a kitchen table we could all sit at made family time extra special. It was a quick walk to the private beach and close to some of our favorite restaurants (Pepito's, Fat Clemenza's and LuLu's) and shopping at the Destin Commons & the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The home layout worked amazingly well for our large group, and the elevator was a blessing for our parents. You can tell the host truly cares about their home and their guests and John was quick and responsive with any questions from the moment of booking. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway in Miramar Beach! Adventure in Paradise

My family and I spent several days at, "Here Comes the Sun." The house is beautifully and artistically decorated with all the comforts of home. The views from the sky roof were breathtaking. Centrally located to shopping outlets, restaurants and the beach was definitely a plus for my family. John, the owner, was personable and responded to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking to create memories with family. We will certainly return for another stay.

We were very happy with this lovely home! It was incredibly clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, but lacking some baking items. The bunks in the rooms made it perfect for our grands. The pool was spotless and perfect for our family and the balconies were lovely for sitting and reading. My grands loved the upstairs “playroom” on the roof. And the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful to all our inquiries.The biggest drawback was that the neighborhood is very noisy with people loudly partying late into the evening. Fortunately, the house is well insulated which mitigated most of the noise. And, unfortunately, access to the beach is more difficult than we imagined, which is particularly problematic with small children and all their needs.All in all, the pictures and description of the house were accurate. In fact, I think things were much nicer than I expected. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Perfect vacation spot!

This home provided the perfect setting for a mother/daughter trip! There were 17 people in our group and we had more than enough space to enjoy each other's company and retreat to quite space when needed. The bedrooms are spacious and each one offers a beautiful attached bathroom. The outdoor spaces are lovely with a very nice sized pool and hot tub. The home is a short walk to a beautiful, gated beach that had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. John was fantastic! He was incredibly responsive when contacted and very accommodating to our requests.We could not have asked for a better setting for our trip and I highly recommend the space for a large group.

Family Vacation

I booked this house for a family vacation. The family hadn't been together in 10 years! This house put all 20 of us comfortably under one roof! We had plenty of space to eat, gather, sit, talk, swim or jaccuzzi soak, etc.! The elevator was a great plus for the parents! The house is also situated walking distance from the beach, wine tasting, the coffee shop, bike rentals, souvenir shopping, gas... convenient! There were a couple of maintenence hiccups, but John was instantly responsive, so they didn't hinder anything! John wa extremely accommodating before, during, and after our stay! If you have a larger group traveling and are looking for a nice quality dwelling to house everybody, this is definitely an option to consider securing!
Quality family time on vacation!
