Treasure Island Bungalow Awesome Experience

Herman was an amazing rental manager If I contacted him he answered every time and was always friendly and whatever I needed he provided it for me.. His bungalow was perfect for me. It was a 4 minute walk to the Treasure Island beach. The bungalow had the right amount of space and it was fully furnished. I enjoyed my 2 month stay there and would rent it again. Thanks Again Herman!!!!

Herman's house was perfect for 2 people. Just the right size. 5 minute walk to beach. Easy access to everything you need such as shopping, restaurants and groceries. Herman was the most accommodating owner we have ever had. Called to check on us during the week and worked with us on a later check out when our plane was delayed. Definitely recommend.

The A unit at Treasure Island was perfect for me and my friend. It was spacious and fairly well appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and floaties! It was also great to have Wi-Fi, a large TV, and a washer and drier. The location was great: near the beach and close to many tourist activities. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

I loved my time at this cottage. Herman was a great host. He gave me some invaluable tips on the area in advance of the trip and called to check in just before I left. The cottage is simple but was more room than I needed for myself and had all of the amenities I needed. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay at this property or Herman's other properties, again.

The house was warm and inviting and cozy for a weekend getaway

We stayed for a nice weekend, I couldn't believe how quiet it was there. The cottage has such a sweet charm to it. It is an older home with some quirks to it, but that to me just gives it it's charm. Herman Was so nice, he checked to make sure we arrived safely and checked if we needed anything, he was very kind and thoughtful. Definitely will stay here again!!

Great Affordable Little Beach House - Great Locatio

This house is centrally located on Treasure Island, FL. You are only a 15 minute walk from bars and restaurants in both directions down the beach. And, the beach is literally across the street (3min walk). John's Pass is just over the bridge and has tons of activities to do. You are also only a short drive (or Uber) from Downtown St. Petes which is fantastic and has plenty of eateries and breweries. The house is a little older, and would be a little tight for 4 people, but with the price and location, you can't beat it. Plus, the owner is extremely helpful and polite. It was a great find and we would happily return.

Clean and efficient. It is in a great location with easy access to everything. It obviously had been recently renovated, and it was very sloppily done as there is paint splattered everywhere, so it's far from fancy. The floors are also warped so I would not recommend it to anyone who is older with balance problems. The AC keeps the main living room cold but the bedroom was a little warm at night. Overall though we enjoyed our stay there and would do it again.
