Your Beach Cottage Getaway!! 'Come and enjoy our sand and sunsets '

Enjoy the privacy of your own cottage in this small, very intimate 6 unit complex located just a short 30 yards to the beach boardwalk. With no streets to cross, it's a perfect location for a vacation.

The spacious residence includes a full kitchen, large living room with sofa, loveseat and chair with ottoman a master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The nicely updated bathroom with walk-in shower is furnished with plenty of towels. Just outside there is a covered patio with tables and chairs for dining or relaxing, along with a BBQ for grilling. The complex includes a shared laundry room with free use of the washer and dryer.

Inside, you'll be entertained by a new 50''flat screen HDTV streaming TV in the living room. And wall mounted TV's in each of the bedrooms. We've included beach towels, all the pots and pans you'll need, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and free high-speed WIFI Internet service. The cottage retains it's charm with new LVP floors, and a wonderful cozy feel after a day enjoying the pristine Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sand beach.

Plenty of parking, walking distance to John's Pass Village, and close to all that the area has to offer. It's truly your vacation destination.

Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.

This lovely 2 bedroom cottage is only steps to the ocean. The property is clean and well appointed. There are several options to eat within walking distance. The cottage is located in best area in all of Treasure Island!

Perfect Beach Cottage getaway

This cottage was everything we expected when we were looking for a place for a relaxing girls week. Just bring your suitcase and unpack. The setting of the cottage is beautiful and well kept. The beach is just a short walk and John's Pass is less than 5 mins away. David is an amazing host and we will definitely rent from him again.

Easy walk to the beach

Stayed at this property for an extended weekend with my mom. Listing was as described. Took advantage of the rental’s beach chairs, cooler and sand toys. Easy walk to the beach and mile walk down to some restaurants and bars. My mom really enjoyed the roof top patio for relaxing and people watching. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the Cottage!

So homey and have everything we needed! I really enjoyed our stay! It's like being at home away from home! Very clean! Great beach access and not crowed! Plenty of beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys avaible for use! Can't wait to go back and spend more time! If you are wondering if you should go, you should definitely go!! This is the place to stay!! You won't want to leave!!!

Everything about this cottage is a wow! Located just a hundred steps from the boardwalk to the beach, the cottage #3 amazed us with spotless cleanliness, very tasteful décor and well stocked kitchen. The covered patio with the tables and fans was very handy and the terrace above it was our favorite place for an evening stargazing. David was very responsive with any questions that we had prior and during our stay. We would definitely love to come back to this cottage, and we already recommended it to our friend.

Great condo in a wonderful location

My husband and I really enjoyed our week long stay here. Close access to the beach without having to cross any roads was great. Had everything on site you'd need for the beach; chairs, umbrella, cooler. Bed was comfortable. The grounds were nice and private inside the gates. The location was perfect for us. Right by Johns Pass, which we ended up going to multiple times, and easy access to anywhere on the island. Only about 25 minutes from Tropicana Field and St Pete Pier. Communication with host was easy, and he kept in touch all week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We'd stay again if we come back!

Warm before winter

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Had many amenities including kitchen condiments, beach chairs, free washer/dryer, everything needed except food items. The Publix supermarket was about a mile away. Would stay at the cottage anytime !! Could have slightly better way to find the site. The photos of the outside of the cottage are not visible from the street.

Amazing beach break

Cottage was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Very short walk to the beach & chairs/umbrella included. There was even a cooler to fill with water/drinks! John's Pass an easy 10-15 minutes walk. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Beach Cottage

We loved this cottage! It was the perfect size for our family and the location was great. It's so close to the beach - and the best part of the beach. Even though we were there over spring break, the part of the beach we were on wasn't crowded (but you could look down the beach and see other spots were). And it's on the narrower part of the beach so we were close to the water. I couldn't have been happier with the beach location. It's also a very easy walk to John's Pass - even with two kids. Definitely recommend!

Awesome location - very comfortable!

Very much enjoyed our 7 days here. We had everything we needed and the host was great. Comfortable and fairly quiet. Very close to the beach with good restaurants and shops nearby. Other neighbors were friendly, easy parking and everything you need in the kitchen!

THE best place to stay on Treasure Island

Wow! What a gem! This little cottage was the perfect place for my family of 3 to stay for a week in Florida. Immediately after walking through the gate into the tropical courtyard, we knew we'd picked the right place. Inside our cottage was spotlessly clean and up-to-date. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchenware and utensils for us to cook our own meals. Amenities such as beach towels, beach toys, and laundry access were things that most property owners don't offer but we found to the thoughtful details that made this cottage, and our stay, AWESOME. Oh, and the beach?? It's only a minute walk away - so close that sometimes we'd run back to the cottage to grab something we forgot. You can't get that convenience at a high-rise hotel. The owner was easy to reach and kind enough to check in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time there. My advice? Don't hesitate when considering booking a stay here - just do it. You will not be disappointed!!
