You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay: It's quiet, facing the beach and has one of the best pools in Pattaya. The large kitchen allows dining for four people. The protected balcony offers unblocked views over the sea. It's the perfect choice for small families or digital nomads looking for an economical apartment with more space than a studio can offer. The apartment is only a few km north of Pattaya. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM RENT FROM ONE MONTHS UP. Utilities need to be paid separately: Electricity - 6THB/KWh , water 50THB/qm.
