Fantastic place

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The location is brilliant - right close to so many great hikes. Zion National Park is pretty close too. Page is not far either - so lots of options to explore. Randy and Laurie are great hosts. The house was immaculate - with great amenities. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Randy and Laurie to help us enjoy a great vacation in southern Utah!

Great trip to Utah

Great trip to Utah with an old friend from high school. Kanab is the perfect central location to visit Zion, Bryce, & North Rim. The condo was as described, kitchen with all you need, beds clean and comfortable (although pillow a little hard). The carpeting on the stairs could use a cleaning - that's the only reason for the four stars for cleanliness - everything else was spotless. Over all a good base for our travels. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

We used Kanab as our basecamp for our National Park adventures. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and our kids loved the pool. Highly recommend this property.

Super helpful hosts!

We had a great time staying at this property in Kanab. Ample space, comfortable beds, very convenient to Moab's town center, and to all the beautiful nature in the area, including Zion. Chris and his partner were wonderful hosts—they offered great recommendations on where to go in winter conditions, and even drove over to help us troubleshoot when the internet conked out. They were also very accommodating of us extending our stay. We especially enjoyed the fireplace during those cold Moab nights. Recommended!

Excellent base for our visits to the National Parks.

We highly recommend this property. Everything about it was perfect. We had an issue with the front door lock and the owner had it resolved before we returned to the rental from our day's activities.. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job in preparing the rental for our visit. We could not have been happier with our stay in Kanab. If we ever return, we will certainly consider this rental again if it is available.

Spring Break Zion - Kanab, UT and AZ

Our family had a nice spring break trip to Southern Utah and Northern Arizonia. We stayed in Kanab, UT and did some hiking, sight-seeing, visited the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find the first time. The rental had great recommendations for dinning out. Kanab is in the center of many hiking places in Southern Utah.

The place is clean but it has probably seen a lot of visitors! We rented two other homes in Utah during our trip. This one only have the basics.

Roomy space for our family of 4

We planned a last minute trip to Utah, and this was a great place from which to do day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion and north rim of Grand Canyon. Property is as described on listing. All 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs; the other bathroom is downstairs. Nice to have some condiments and spices in the kitchen!

Fell short

Overall not bad, it was well-stocked with normal home supplies, but drawbacks are: 1) overhead lighting on first floor is very harsh. If you don't want to have table lamps, at least install dimmer switches; 2) upstairs lighting in bedrooms is dim, opposite of downstairs; 3) no dressers or bureaus in bedrooms; 4) no iron or ironing board; 5) washing machine leaks; 6) TV had only streaming, no live TV to get any news or weather; 7) pix made it look warmer/more inviting, but it was stark and sterile

Very nice stay here. Clean, spacious, quiet, clear communication. No highway noise. Kanab is a great base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. We highly recommend the Rocking V Cafe and Dreamland Safari Tours. We would come back!

The location was beautiful! Easy to get to both Zion and Bryce Canyon.Could have used a few more mixing bowls and batteries for the remote, that didn’t seem to work. Only one hairdryer for 2 bathroom was inconvenient. One of the refrigerator door shelves was broken and the washer dryer doors kept coming out of the track.
