Walking distance to downtown Monterey shopping, restaurants, the beach, Fisherman's Wharf and Del Monte Shopping center. Monterey Airport is an 8-10 minute drive, Aquarium 8-10 minute drive, also public transportation available. Well established neighborhood in a relaxing setting.
