Listed amenities listed but not available :- hot tub - deck- grill- fitness roomFitness room locked and equipment broken when accessible. Owner entered apartment at will. No privacy. Necessary repairs took 5 days to happen. Place looks like it was maintained and repaired by an amateur.

We do have the aminities listed. From time to time I may enter the common areas like the living room atea and the gym room. These are considered common areas.
