A stunning location - house was extremely well-equipped for our large multi-generational family with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks in the kitchen, etc. The dock was the perfect launching point for paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking etc. Thanks for a very memorable stay, we hope to be back.

We again enjoyed our stay at this North Pender property. This year, though, we were unable to play our family bocce game on the property because the grass by the horseshoe pits was too overgrown. Maybe next time.

This home embodies beauty, serenity, peace and luxury while still having that “homey” feeling. Our family has rented here for three family reunions, and each time leaving we can’t wait to come back again. The host is incredibly personable and quick to respond and answer any questions. The kayaks are available to use and because of being situated in an inlet, the waters are calm enough for the grandkids to venture out. We have made wonderful family memories here

Unbelievable ocean view & water access! Fully stocked kitchen (2 fridges & 2 dishwashers?!) making meals a breeze for 21 of us! Extra mattresses made it easy to bunk kids, and the pool & pin pong tables were a hit with teenagers. We had an amazing time!

The home is beautiful and thoughtfully built. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Excellent space for a large group, everyone in our group raved how great it was! We truly appreciated the care put into all aspects of this stay by the original owners as well as the host. Only wonderful things to say about our stay, and we would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!!

This property is stunning! The house is stocked with everything you need and is clean and well cared for. You can really feel the love that has been put into the place, and all the thoughtful touches. The kitchen is perfect for a large group, with two sinks and two dishwashers.My friends and I had a wonderful time and spent hours just sitting on the deck and staring at the views and watching the river otters. I do suggest bringing your own pillow, as the pillows are a bit old and flat.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views and so much wildlife to enjoy. A harbour seal visited us every day, and we loved watching the herons from the property.We were there as a family to celebrate our parents’ 60th wedding anniversary, and the house was perfect for the occasion. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably, including separate bedrooms and a great upstairs loft where the young adults could hang out.The kitchen was amazing and very well suited to cooking for a large group. We especially appreciated the large dining table where all of us could gather together for meals and play Dutch Blitz!The dock and access to the kayaks were an added bonus, and they were used every day! The location also made it easy to access everything we needed around the island while still feeling like we were tucked away in a peaceful and beautiful setting.It was a memorable place for a very special family weekend, and we would definitely come back for another stay!

The home was designed to be family friendly offering accommodations and a recreation destination for their many grandchildren and friends to enjoy. The family now shares this unique vacation home with old friends and new, by offering the home for rent when not being used by the family.

The family has recognized the privilege and responsibility it is to own one of the most unique waterfront estates to be found in the gulf islands. Your family and friends are invited to share this experience while creating your own memories reliving a recent Pender Island disc golf challenge , a hike to the nearby Gulf Islands national park tidal beach or mountain lookout, or perhaps discovering the little known ROE lake for a swim.
