Romeo’s Roscoe Retreat- Close to Lambeau and Titletown District!

Charmingly updated 4 bedroom Cape Cod nestled in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to Lambeau. Close to everything Titletown has to offer! Perfect for small or large groups including ample driveway parking for 5 cars, fenced yard with patio, grill, fire pit and outdoor gazebo for an awesome tailgating experience!

The Space

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in the four fully furnished bedrooms that feature a variety of king, full and twin beds. There is also have a full size bunk bed to accommodate kids and adults!

The spacious main level living area features a large flat screen TV with streaming services for added entertainment, high speed internet, and a fabulously large gas fireplace for those chilly evenings! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a fabulous coffee bar. Newly remodeled “Packer themed” basement makes for a great hangout with family and friends. New washer and dryer also available.

Guest access

The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have key-less entry in front and back for easy accessibility. Guests will be provided with the entry code the day of check in.

Other things to note

We have Ring doorbell for security which is also great for monitoring deliveries of packages, etc. The two full bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs, comfortable beds with fresh linen. There is also a dedicated office space available and an ample supply of games for the kiddos! Also available is a crib upon request, ironing board and iron.

Texans in Green Bay

We love the location, amenities, and cleanliness. The little things made our stay easy and comfortable, thank you to Jon for the snacks. The fire pit was perfect for wrapping up the day. We had an amazing time visiting Green Bay and will DEFINITELY be back. Everyone is so welcoming and the cheese and beer options can't be beat!

Great cosy house

We were there for the packer game and thanksgiving for the family. Great location, close to lambeau field. We walk to it. House has enough beds and roomy enough to fit all us in. Nice long driveway fit all our cars. House was very clean. Nice beds and decorated with packer stuff. Will definitely rent again.

Annual Packer Game

Place is amazing and set up perfectly for having a group of friends to cheer on your favorite team. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bunch of beds and two bedrooms on the main floor. Two bathrooms with showers which is game changing especially with the guys. WiFi works out to the yard and we utilized the beautiful weather and purchased a TV for outside. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I’m born and raised in Wisconsin, my family relocating to Green Bay as I entered High School. I’m an avid outdoorsman and spend as much time as I can enjoying everything this beautiful State has to offer. I decided to become a host of a short term rental in my hometown because I want others to have the experience to enjoy the uniqueness and special surroundings of Lambeau Field, the new Titletown district, the Resch Center and the list goes on and on! Not to forget the NFL Draft in April 2025!! Attending a Packer game is an amazing experience that is difficult to describe, and what makes it even more special is the friendliness of the people here. Most will welcome you with open arms. I want to be able to provide my house to others so they too have the opportunity to engage in all these special experiences that truly are unique!

The house is located in a quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood within easy walking distance to Lambeau Field, the Titletown district, numerous bars, restaurants, etc.

What makes this property unique

We especially love the peaceful and private setting of the fenced backyard. The covered outdoor dining and social area is awesome that also includes a large fire pit to roast marshmallows and make smores. Lots of room to roam! We love the huge maple tree that provides an abundance of shade and in the the Fall the ambience of the bright orange and red colors of the leaves as they change are a bonus sight to behold. Overall just a great setting to relax with family and friends!
