Perfect for our group of gals! The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 11. The location was ideal and we appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to plenty of spots. The owner, David, was super responsive and generous with check in and check out times. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

Great place. Owner controls hot tub heat, because it’s very expensive to heat. You just need to let him know when you want to use it. Great house, great location. Very responsive.

Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with David was great. The house is beautifully appointed and was perfect for a ladies trip with 7 women! We used the hot tub a lot, and enjoyed sitting around the indoor fireplace having some wine at night. The house is walkable to several restaurants and just in a really great location! Hope to come back again soon.

The house was in a perfect location. The whole family enjoyed the pool & ping pong, I Really enjoyed the misters on the patio. Nice & well stocked kitchen & all appliances very new. This lovely house made our trip to Austin a vacation to remember!

New and modern with lots of sleeping option

The property was fantastic! New and modern, open floor plan where kitchen dining and living flow together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and sleeping was very comfortable. Close to Zilker Park and the hike and bike trail so many places were easily walkable. The owner was generous, allowing us to check in early. He was accessible and really easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!!

Easily the best Vrbo experience I have ever had. The house is amazing - extremely clean and comfortable, great amenities, and close to everything, but so good you don’t want to leave! David is a lovely and accommodating host and made our stay there just perfect. I recommend any large group stay here and will definitely be coming back myself!!
