Beautifully furnished Treasure Cay 2bd 2bth condo with 36’ boat slip!

Welcome to Lucky Dogs Bird House, our fully furnished, beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in Treasure Cay!
We’re conveniently located at Atlantis Condominiums in the heart of Treasure Cay.
Our condo is somewhat private, being that it is an end unit, with beautiful gardens and landscaping.
Included in this rental is a 36ft boat slip - just steps away from the condo!
The master has a queen bed with full en-suite. The second bedroom offers a double beds bunk bed with a twin trundle below. The second bedroom’s bathroom is conveniently located directly across the hallway.
Off the living room is the balcony with beautiful views of Brigatine Bay including some amazing sunrises!
All bedrooms and living room come with TVs. The living room TV is 50” and is hooked up to Super Box to watch pretty much anything you like! Both bedrooms are all smart TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with room for six to eat comfortably.
Treasure Cay’s amazing 3.5 mile beach is very close and is an easy walk just two blocks away!

My husband and I are originally from Wisconsin. We have been in Treasure Cay since 2016. Full time since 2024. We own the two upper and lower end units so we live in the lower and rent the upper.

To us this is paradise. Between fishing, diving, swimming, exploring out islands … the list goes on and on … there is always something to do.

We enjoy renting our upper unit, meeting new or return renters and seeing people experience Treasure for the first or hundredth time! Paradise should be shared!

Why they chose this property

Treasure Cay is truly paradise! The water is beautiful and mesmerizing. The beach is never crowded and there are 3.5 miles of it to walk! But most of all the people in Treasure are kind and gracious.

What makes this property unique

Lucky Dog’s Bird House is located at the end of Atlantis Condominiums. This provides our guests with a more private experience. Parking is close and so is the 36ft long dock which can be viewed from your balcony. We have an abundance of trees and our garden offers a variety of plants and flowering bushes. The Atlantis pool and Tiki is a short walk. Close enough to be easily accessed but far enough not to be a disruption.
Your condo comes with everything you’ll need for a wonderful time!
