**I have implemented specific and detailed cleaning procedures for the 2 ladies who clean for me. They are also school teachers and understand the cleanliness that is needed to keep you, me, and them safe.**

* Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand buckets/toys included
*NO obstructed view. See ocean from balcony, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom
*Both bathrooms remodeled
*Electronic key pad entry, no check-in, Drive right to unit with your personal entry code.
*Commercial outdoor dining set on balcony- beautiful view.
*5 floors above professional, artist created, 5th floor roof-top mini golf course
*2 Outdoor pools, indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, water slide, submarine water park with preschool pool, mushroom preschool pool, lazy river under cover (no sunburn), tables with umbrellas – we love to eat picnic lunches there.
*On-site arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, floor size chess/ checkers
*On-site eats and drinks! River City Cafe and Starbucks are my favorite!!
*Summer time Italian Ice stand
*4 miles to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center
*4 miles to the Myrtle Beach Sports Center (my son plays AAU basketball here)
*The Ripken Experience baseball complex only 6 miles away!
*Truly, this is an all-inclusive resort vacation!

Love this location, on the north end of Myrtle Beach! Close to all the Myrtle and North Myrtle places of interest.
What makes this property unique
Love, love parking on the condo level. Not many resorts offer this. Starbucks is on the ground floor. Condo is a corner unit, only 3 units away from the elevator! These are my top reasons for Loving my condo location - Shelly.
