Property Photos Did Not Align with Actual Property

The photos in the listing are not what the actual property is. The furniture in the actual unit in the living room is not functional or usable. The garage is filled with the furniture from the photos but damaged from prior renter which in turn made the garage unusable. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking (2 forks, not hot pads had to use wash cloths, dull knifes, random place settings). The overall furniture makes the place look pretty but is not comfortable to use. We had to ask for more towels (no kitchen towels at all) and no bath mats for showers) This place is missing small comforts of home which make a big difference. The host was responsive to requests and fixed some of the concerns we had (flies and towels shortage) did not address several other issues we raised. The only reason we stayed was because we paid up front for three weeks and it was non refundable.
