In town for Mom's weekend at IU. Property was very clean, easy check in and had everything we needed. Short drive to IU campus and surrounding areas. The property is on a heavily driven road, but we could overlook based on proximity to where we needed to be and that the property was well taken care of. As it always is, when IU has events rental rates skyrocket. The property was higher priced for what it is, however compared to other comparable properties, it was more reasonable and again, afforded us all the amenities we needed. Would stay again.

We stayed for two nights visiting my daughter at IU. The house was very nice and comfortable for two of us. It was exactly as advertised and had a very easy check in and out process. Everything was very clean! Highly recommend!
