Extend your living & dining experience on your private enclosed patio. Lanai Pool bath and Ceiling Fans add to your outdoor comfort. Books & Board Games are provided for both children & adults. Short drive to many restaurants & shopping centers, sporting complexes and Beaches! For your added enjoyment, pool inflatables, beach chairs/umbrellas and pool towels are provided. Smart TVs for your entertainment are located in the living rm, den and Master Suite. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & baking needs and the dishwasher provides quick clean up. Laundry Room is conveniently located off the main living space with access to 2 car garage. For your safely, alarms on pool entrance is set off when door is open - stop button out of children's reach. We truly hope you and your family/friends enjoy our home.

Being hosts gives us the opportunity to meet many and hearing stories from around the world
Why they chose this property
North Port gives us a sense of family and home away from home. It has so many peaceful residential areas but still close to the many wonderful restaurants, shopping, sporting complex to major league sports, excursions and most of all so many beautiful beaches within half hour drive
What makes this property unique
Our property provides comfortable indoor/outdoor living. Our large enclosed lanai with heated pool and pool bath make for enjoyable dinning and relaxing space. Ceiling fans provide comfort on warm days and evenings. Our kitchen provides comfortable cooking space and our dinning table provides seating for 8-10. The large kitchen island will accommodate seating for 4 more guest.
