Relax On The Waterfront Of Lake Conesus - Easy Access

Only a short distance from Route 20A on the north west corner of Lake Conesus, this family oriented vacation home has easy access, with parking for 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat trailer. The house is immaculate & very clean, recently remodeled. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably. (Please bring your own towels, linens and pillow cases):
Bedroom 1 (main level) queen bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.
Bedroom 2 (main level) full bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) queen bed w/dresser & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.
Family Game room (upstairs) fold-out full futon sofa w/end tables . Central AC/heat with room control.

Bathrooms:
There are two full baths: one downstairs with shower, one upstairs with tub/shower.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was totally renovated several years ago. It has a modern glass top electric stove/oven, polished silstone counter top, breakfast bar and dining nook. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with external icemaker. You will find a full set of dishes, glasses, pots/pans and utensils. If you do specialty cooking, you may want to bring your favorite utensil. Please bring your own paper products.

Living Room & Dining Area
The spacious living room looks out on the patio and lake. Enjoy the view. If you're there in the fall or spring, you may enjoy the fireplace. Our bookcase has lots of reading material for your pleasure. The living room also contains the dining area with a table for seating 10. The breakfast nook is good for a morning cup of coffee.

Convenient Washer & Dryer
Our utility room has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. Bring your favorite laundry soap.

Extra Amenities
If you're not using our 100 ft dock for swimming and boating or sunbathing, you may enjoy our family room with high speed internet, wifi throughout house, DVD player and 65 inch flat screen TV with cable service. What else? A game table for playing cards and an exercise bike are there for evening enjoyment or rainy day play.

3. Help keep the vacation home in good order. Please remember to take TRASH to the curb for MONDAY pick-up.

Great location and property

Fantastic. Plenty of space with game room and a great room with avery nice view of the lake. Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping area. Water is shallow for kids to play in although this year there was a pretty good amount of seaweed. Shane, as property manager, services were excellent. Excellent place.

Best Access to the Lake

We've stayed at cottages on Conesus Lake about six times now and this one is our favorite. Rich, our property manager, was just great and made us feel right at home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for bike riding.

Bring your Toilet paper

Property manager was great. House was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, for the price you pay you must bring your own linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. traveling from out of state, and paying that price was ridiculous. I have rented for many years on the lake and never ever did I have to bring all my own linens and towels. The property manager was kind enough to leave towels for us. Kitchen also doesn't have any condiments. Make sure you head to the store before entering the house!!!

We've maintained a summer rental in Ocean City, MD for 20 years, but shifted to the Finger Lakes area as both our grown children have established their families in Rochester and Ithaca. We spent many trips driving up from Maryland not only on family visits, but touring the Finger Lakes to find a nice, comfortable place to use and to rent. We fell in love with Lake Conesus: Close enough to Rochester but far enough to be away from it all. Our place on Pebble Beach Drive is perfect.

Why they chose this property

We spent two years remodeling our Vacation Home. We wanted easy access to the water (toward the southern end of Lake Conesus you'll see many stairs taking you to the property and even more to get to the lake). We also wanted an easy drive to Rochester and the highway to Ithaca. By luck, we found this home on Pebble Beach Drive.

We prefer our vacation in the fall, so you get the opportunity to rent during the summer, spring and winter.

What makes this property unique

We've enjoyed looking out the living room window at the ever changing lake (from mid-winter ice fishing to summer morning lake fishing). Just south and west of here is Letchworth State Park with fantastic scenery and bold waterfalls. It truly is the Grand Canyon of the East.

Then too, we enjoy antiquing and visiting the shops in the area. And there are way too many good restaurants within 15 minutes...we'll let you discover your favorites (we do keep a guest book where comments, brochures and menus can be shared).

Whether you like swimming, boating or hiking, or more quietly do bird watching and photography (I love taking pictures of the lake... it always changes its personality), this is a great place to be.

Come to Lake Conesus and stay at our Pebble Beach Drive Vacation home. Have fun, relax, enjoy.
