This adorable peaceful home is just 1.4 miles to downtown Grass Valley. Serene setting w/ cute outdoor area. Lovely large living room w/ front porch for relaxing. Large kitchen, 1 large bedroom and another smaller bedroom. One adorable 1950's sytle bathroom. Off street parking for 2 cars in front. Super quiet neighborhood and centrally located to Grass Valley and Nevada City. (right off Ridge Road)
