The place was turnkey and pretty well stocked with all the household utensils for kitchen bathroom and living & bedrooms. Just had to bring our own food. Also has a washer & dryer in the carport that made it very convenient. Diffidently will stay here again in the future.

The property is extremely clean and everything was just as described. The fenced-in backyard was good for our pup when she needed to go out. This is our second time staying there and we will be requesting this property in the future.

Clean nice comfortable stay.

We were down here working and found this place to stay, the owners are friendly and and communicate great. The house was very clean and nice on arrival. Ac stayed cool dishes were supplied, internet was great and has a washer dryer, plenty of options to eat within a 5 minute drive. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Excellent Rental

Located within minutes of major stores, grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to major roads. The neighborhood was very quiet with little traffic and barely saw neighbors out and about. I liked that fact there were outside cameras monitoring the outside of the property. I would stay there again, GREAT VALUE. The owner was very responsive through VRBO and she called a few times on questions I had.

Convenient spot for restaurants and Kayaking

This place is appropriately named. It was a very cozy and very clean cottage in Clermont. We paddled multiple Spring runs during our stay and everywhere we paddled was within 1.5 hours from the cottage in any direction. It was the perfect center hub to hit some of the best spring paddle trails in Florida. We kayaked at Weeki Wachee, Silver Springs, Juniper Springs, and Rock Springs/ Wekiva River. Vanessa was very accommodating and a great attentive host. I would absolutely book this place again. The bathroom was very nice and the place is well updated. Both bedrooms have firm beds so if you like a soft squishy bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. My wife and I slept fine on the bed.Pro tip, traffic on 50 can be a bit tumultuous but if you use the back streets you will find ways to come out to Hwy 50 at an intersection giving you a traffic light. It will save you a lot of stress and frustration.
